Terms, delivery & returns.

DUGOUT 90 is sold by Dugout AI Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 16821108. Registered office: 2nd Floor College House, 17 King Edwards Road, Ruislip, London HA4 7AE. We trade from Worthing, West Sussex. We are not VAT registered. Email hello@dugout90.com for anything about an order.

DUGOUT 90 is still spring water in 330ml aluminium cans, sold in cases of 24. Two prices apply: £14 a case for clubs, bars and clubhouses buying to resell (minimum 3 cases), and £16 a case for the public (maximum 2 cases per order while first-run stock lasts). We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is added to these prices. Delivery is shown separately at checkout before you pay.

Trade pricing is for businesses and clubs ordering on behalf of their organisation. If you order at the trade price as a consumer you still have the consumer rights described below.

Card payments are taken by Stripe; we never see your card details. Your order is accepted when Stripe confirms payment and you receive the confirmation email. Stock is limited, so if we can't fulfil an order we will tell you within one working day and refund you in full.

Clubs that would rather pay by invoice can email hello@dugout90.com — we offer 30-day terms paid by BACS for club and bar accounts.

We deliver across Sussex only. Delivery is free on trade orders and £5 per order on public orders. Collection from Worthing is free for everyone — choose it at checkout and we'll email you a time.

We aim to deliver within 2 to 5 working days, and for clubs we try to land on the Thursday or Friday before a home game. We'll confirm a slot by email within a day of your order. If stock is on the next production run we'll say so before you pay and on the confirmation email, and you can cancel for a full refund at any point before it ships.

If you buy as a consumer you can cancel for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive the goods. Email hello@dugout90.com with your name and order details, or use the form at the bottom of this page. Return the cans to us unopened within 14 days of telling us — you cover the cost of return unless the goods are faulty, and we can collect from Sussex addresses by arrangement. We'll refund the price and the standard delivery charge within 14 days of getting the goods back.

If a case arrives damaged, short, or past its best-before date, tell us within 30 days and we'll replace it or refund it, whichever you prefer, at our cost. A photo helps. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by anything on this page.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Nothing here limits any right you have by law. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable the rest still applies.
